The only people this will affect are the habitually sick folks that will need to log those sick days as PTO now. Everyone else, enjoy your extra week of vacation!

I thought we were already managing PTO within our vacation schedules. If i need to take 3 hours for a dentist appointment, I like the flexibility to know I can do that. I don't feel like I have to log it because I get my work done. There are those that abuse the system, but they will continue to do so. No amount of policy can change that.

Perspectives survey…we want more flexibility!!! ELT-nope! We need to micromanage your time off more. Employees are spending too much time taking care of their personal business like dentist and doctor appointments.

Just another metric for them to use against you when layoff time comes around again.
You don’t live entirely for the company? Then buddy, you’re out of here.

I don’t care since I plan on leaving before it becomes effective.
