The layoffs whether forced or voluntary are continuous. Practically everyone under the Lumen umbrella got EOI letters on Monday. Last day of work April 12. They care only about money. Not the employees, not the customers. It is horrifyingly sad

Another day is coming tomorrow. More union employees across several departments.
It was said April 12th is last day. That is only if you volunteer right?
So much for Quantum Fiber being better and different. This is not the same company even 10yrs ago. Instead of laying off employees who have more seniority than Kate I vote we vote her out, gone, Kate fired!! Why should we have our lives ruined because she messed up. Without paying her check it would save a lot of jobs for working families. Vote Kate out to save jobs! She says she is transparent and her for us—well now Kate has the opportunity to do what she says and not just say the words. Kate’s daily challenge: calculate how much it would help and how many jobs you could save by you voluntarily retire. Even better forfeit any severance package too.
He-l would freeze over before she ever stepped up to ethically do the right thing. Personally, she has shown lack of integrity, does not do what she says, absolutely is not transparent nor honest, shame on her!
We’ve NOT been on mandatory overtime for maybe 6 months the last 3 plus years.
we are being told that customers are not a priority
Everyone but mass markets covered under the union. We’re 30 days plus out on quantum installs. But no overtime. They don’t care.
I didn’t get one. When, when do I get the offer?
Wake up!
The dream is over!
It's time to face reality!
