Sr. Leadership forced direct management to give 2 performance reviews to people even if it was not deserved. This is just another way to force people out of the company without severance. Witty has to be the worst CEO to date.
Pretty tiring to see layoffs and re-orgs every year…… especially in the E&I space. Is this going to continue each year???

If you're a US based employee just assume you are going to be laid off eventually. We can't compete with dirt cheap PH contractors. The company has a plan to have 90%+ offshore IT people by 2025. They got rid of the rest of the US IT helpdesk 2 weeks ago. The company is making money hand over fist and got 18 billion in PROFIT last quarter .... But hey they can't afford pay increases or to pay US employee anymore.
One of my coworkers was let go yesterday from the Product team from the E&I division. He’s been with the company for 10+ years.

I and a few others in my department given our term of 4/4 yesterday. I'm not posting anything identifying myself to not endanger the severance agreement - as I'd advise others. I'm just over 15 years - top-perfoming, top employee engagement scores, dedicated, with a loyal team. As much of a shock as it is, I'm partly happy to get out of this gilded cage and heinously toxic workplace.

Yep, last day 4/4, I am in C&S Finance. Very sad because I love my job. Was told this is affecting a lot of people.
To those let go....breathe a sigh of relief that you're out of this disgusting company. There are numerous firms who are much more "civil" and employee friendly out here. Getting laid off was the best thing that ever could have occurred for so, so many of us.
Candidly, you should feel sorry for those still stuck in the UHG morass, litigation and greed. The worm is starting to turn on this mess of a conglomerate...run away, as fast as you can!!

Can confirm that there were layoffs across E&I as of this morning - was not impacted but what a shame for all who were. Total blindside after the profits that E&I raked in over the past year versus other parts of the business. Make it make sense!!

I was given a heads-up this afternoon that I will be part of this one. As is an entire segment within our company. Not a team, not a department, but an entire damn divisional segment is being dismantled. G'luck to everyone stuck picking up those responsibilities.
