Have you noticed the corruption in hiring process?
Like some engineer
asks you a question and you realize the guy doesn't know the basics/ not able to move without you at all. Sometimes these people have really high definition like principal or something. Who hires them? Some big families or what.

Oh! I so agree with this .. i recently was talking to a principal in PD ..hired during the covid times! And she lacked even the basic understanding of software engineering.
They identified themselves as knowledgeable…
