Lets get the ball rolling? What could we possibly learn of ?

This whole thing is scripted. It could have been replaced with a single PPT slide saying "Cry more plebes."
Talk about disconnected with reality. Collaboration in the office? Teams are spread out all over the place even in core cities. Everybody i work with is elsewhere.
lots of script reading on this one, clowns!
"The old water cooler chatter, if you will".
I won't.
just remember as bad as your job probably is it's not as bad as the poor soul having to read this BS
Why is "Doug" not on camera? Is he in sweats in front of a Blink 182 poster?
Bottom Line. If you are not going into an office in one of the 16 core markets (depending on your LOB), you WILL be in the next 24 months, or you won't be working for Wells Fargo anymore.
Medical exceptions will be reviewed annually and are not guaranteed.
please ask "will my position be backfilled by someone in India"
Some employees in non core locations will be displaced. What a Revelation!!!
Wow. What BS. So if you’re hired in a remote role with no expectation of showing up they can now dictate you have to show up.
There really should be employment contracts just like sr leaders get.
Oh and now it’s not RTO anymore. We’re back. What a sh@t company.
Jesus I expected nothing but I’m still disappointed
"If I am displaced may I apply for positions in core markets?", asked no real person ever.
I missed who this lady is. It’s like we got some lower level manager type and not even a sr leader.
Did I hear this right? If you’re in noncore you either move or not move and commit to going in. If you don’t move will they give you severance?
I’m in core so it doesn’t matter to me. I’m getting ready for wanting a package soon.
Definitely not stepping up for these mo-ns
"We are a more resistant organization than we give ourselves credit for. For example, last year we had a new head of technology...".
Yeah, and how did that go?
What a horrible answer
Look who is talking about professionalism 🤣
Wow - 25 minutes and that is enough. Thanks HR people.
There is no new information here. This is a rephrasing of the same information for those with hearing and reading comprehension problems.
Great answer Katie. I love the resting empathy face while the pre-selected question is read to you.
"It gets confusing"
weeks? months? years? yeee hawwww
Only some people will be able to relocate and you can’t select your location. They have already selected the people they want to keep.
And the hardship also helps us not have to ‘fire’ people
Listening to their explanations is grating on me. The speakers are so condescending and dismissive. It's the same story about magical collaboration... even though many of our partners work overseas. Enough with the fantasies. Please be transparent about your plans.
"we are mindful this is complete bull-sh-t"
Bet they can’t answer 50% of questions. Am sure they started 5 mins late to reduce question time
And the gibberish complete nonsensical B.S. starts NOW....
One thing I realized in my short time in corporate. Many words can be spoken, but nothing will be said.
