Bottom Line. If you are not going into an office in one of the 16 core markets (depending on your LOB), you WILL be in the next 24 months, or you won't be working for Wells Fargo anymore.

There really should be employment contracts just like sr leaders get.

I missed who this lady is. It’s like we got some lower level manager type and not even a sr leader.

Did I hear this right? If you’re in noncore you either move or not move and commit to going in. If you don’t move will they give you severance?

I’m in core so it doesn’t matter to me. I’m getting ready for wanting a package soon.
