Apparently, the new head of HR see no value in the everyday HR employees there. Corning has not gotten raises in 2 years and it has been determined that this year only the important HR employees will get full raises while the lower less appraciated HR employees that do most of the work will only recieve 1/2 half of the minimum %(1.25-1.75) in the form of a raise and the remainder as a lump sum TAXABLE payment that doesnt move forward as salary. What a slap in the face to the people running the everyday issues in HR for Corning. Nice way to repay loyalty.
Wendell and his higher ups are all egotistical arrogant assess that think they are important and worth the money they make, but it is the smaller people running this company and making it successfull.
