So many wrongful terminations, another poster made a great point. Was this to avoid layoffs and severance? Wonder will a class action take place, as it should.
I did learn DO NOT go to HR. Seems like a lot are retaliations from that.

If you're not an exec..you're about to be red badged..period. Why do you think they're taking your voice and adding more eyes and ears 🤫...
There are directors and managers that ACTIVELY do witch hunts to figure out who did negative survey comments. I stopped doing the surveys in 2022 (sadly I was one of the few that gave positive scores) because it was the only defense against the talentless nepotism running the place whenever they make assumptions on who said what.
@khh+1rD0LUTv You don’t seem too bright. I’m guessing you’re in Corp Comms writing talking points for CEO and EC.
Well with the employee satisfaction score, clearly more are "disgruntled" than not! You really are part of the problem!
How about instead of digrunted it’s just actual people whose life USAA ruined. These are people with bills and families. A company who is suppose to “take care” of its employees. Seems to me they used them up during Covid when they couldn’t keep people and right after when all the tenured were leaving and then tossed them out like trash.
And there is a requirement for severance, it is listed in our company policy! Unless and until they change the policy, they HAVE to pay severance for layoffs!!!
@khh+1rD0LUTv
Imagine working for HR
Disgruntled employees you say…how about employee sentiment score? Are only a handful of employees bringing that down too?
There is no requirement for severance... If USAA wants to lay off half the company they can without paying any severance. People need to get a grip and realize most people complaining on this page are just disgruntled employees trying to drag down everyone else.
