2024 GOALS

HR sends emails that Goals need to be done by 3/31, most if us are not sure who our Director will be, or if we still have jobs! What a hoot!

Post ID: @3cod+1rC2DPvJ Agree. Goals are pointless since your Manager will be required to change or adjust your Ratings/Grades in order to fit the forced SH!TIBank Bell Curve of only 20% Rating 1 and Rating 2. If 60 people out of a Team of 100 deserve Ratings 1 or 2, only 20 of those at most will get the Rating 1 or 2 and by extension salary increases, bonuses and In-Seat promotions. It's a waste of Employees' time, effort and false hopes to do extra work and jump through hoops for a low probability of getting the the reward/goal. My 2024 Goals and Philosophies are: Do the bare minimum work. Do NOT go the extra mile. Do Not rush. Do Not multi-task. All because I will Not be rewarded and will be overlooked any just as I've already been several MotherFVCKEN TIMES over!!!

Goals are pointless - team leads get told what ratings to give staff regardless of performance and then they have to make the written assessment match the rating. They manufacture the bell curve every year.

You can edit goal throughout the year this time. Add anything and edit later if you are not sure what will happen with your org.

Agree with others here. My Goal is to do the Bare Minimum.

It is incredibly insensitive, though. The employee improvement plan is due at the same time. Great, I'll stop worrying (or hoping for) a layoff for a few minutes so I can get inspired about what I will do in the future. If there is a future.

These should have been pushed to April out if common decency if not because it's stupid to make long term plans when everything is about to change.

We usually copy our director's goals. If we don't have those yet, what do we do?

Not losing any sleep over that...

I agree. Bare minimum should be the norm from now on for goal and such.
