CM department has us worked to the bone. so many colleagues reporting burn out and feeling stressed/anxious. Then we hear rumors of people being laid off and keep getting the productivity chats. Soo abusive and sad because we all need the job. Any intel/information is appreciated.

Never Trust Any Employer. Period. They About Themselves. All Employers Are Satans. Always Look Out For Yourself. Work, Take Money, Leave. Find Another Employer, Say Words They Like, Get Job, Work, Take Money, Leave. Trust No One.
It’s ashame how these companies keep us in the dark regarding our livelihood!
looks like the severance policy was updated again 3/20. must mean more layoffs are coming sadly
It all started in December.
can u be more specific on the teams impacted like are they specific regions or just one state. another poster said were losing va so that would make sense if thats the state impacted, but if its affecting others then that is more concerning
5 case managers on my old team were let go this morning. No warning. Just a call.
Supervisors and managers are also being kept at bay.
This is so unnerving, I didn't even know layoffs were happening.
