Thread regarding USAA layoffs

So many layoffs, so many reorgs

It feels like we're always stuck in a cycle of endless reorganizations and complicated new processes. Every single change seems to make things more convoluted, and we are left spinning our wheels instead of making progress. It's like we're constantly shuffling sideways instead of moving forward. When will this stop?

It won’t “stop”. Reorgs are a convenient way to oust employees when the music stops after everyone in the department has been evaluated. But not to your face, it’s done behind closed doors under attorney-client privilege and everything goes to the shredder after the dirty deeds are done.
