Usually a PSG 20 but it depends on location and segment of the business (upstream is higher, downstream is lower).
Psg 20, which is the same as most folks with no degree that arent admin/hourly.
BS=20
MS=21
PdH=22
Depends on payroll and function.
Upstream US PSG = 20
Overseas Upstream PSG = 18 (or even lower)
