To be fair team lead.. your manager is doing part of their directors work, as well as new FUN lol novel projects hurled at them ,that really belong in different departments, for which they have no clue how to do, no support and zero guidance..all while multitasking trying to do the job they were hired to do, while simultaneously being in many many endless meetings with mouths talking, saying not a lot. In their free time also wearing IT telephony etc hats , since let’s face it the helpdesk is anything but and , figuring out how to shuffle the limited resources avail to get the work done. Signed. There are Team Leaders doing their managers’ work, while their managers are unavailable or offline most of the day. Then the people below are doing the Team Leaders’ work while receiving less pay.
