I'm a RCG hired for Manufacturing group. I wanted to know the work culture at Chandler AZ and what's the crime rate compared to Colorado where I'm from.

As others pointed out, just stay away from the Chandler downtown area and you'll be fine. See the crime map there,

AZ is a nice US state. Please don’t bring Intel criminals to our state.
In Chandler, the sketchiest areas at night are West of McQueen North of Fry to South of Ray Road; West of Arizona Avenue to ~ East of Alma School road from North of Pecos to South of Ray. This is no Chicago. I went to a CUSD Jr high with students (not sure which) in gangs based in these areas and never had issues with them since I focused on school and never incited conflict with anyone.
Some parts of Phoenix and Mesa are a different story….
Yes, look at the driveways.
If the bumper stickers say Biden/Clinton/Etc, expect a weekly visit from the HOA complaining your grass is 1/4" to tall or you have 2 weeds in your garden.
Which campus? Ocotillo or Chandler? The culture is completely different between the two......
@gmw that’s right, be afraid and stay far away
That depends on where in CO you are from.
Poverty and crime always go together, and every city has sketchy areas. My daughter got her catalytic converter stolen the very first night she parked her SUV on the road at her house in Aurora CO.
The quickest way to tell if an area has high crime is to look at the driveways of the houses. If there are Trump or Confederate bumper stickers, or beat up cars and oil stains on the driveways, stay away.
Crime rate? Expect to be verbally as--ulted by your manager several times a day!
For being as big as Chandler is, it is very safe. I've been told to stay away from the area directly north of Arizona and Chandler Blvd, but other than those two blocks, its pretty chill city
