When finally the senior leaders show us what they have been working hard and diligently on all these weeks and months. it has to be. This lack of anything is what’s ki-ling us all now - more so than just knowing and then can get on with it.

Yeah I have heard big wave next week. Do bens terminate at time of RIF ?
I just want to be out of here. No motivation to do anything what-so-ever anymore. Let this just happen already!
Most likely next week. Severance is paid in a lump sum after you sign the general release form. 11-12 weeks max severance pay typically.
How does severance work?
Maybe, just maybe the last week of Feb at the earliest? But, who knows! A friend of mine applied for VRIF program and she got a note back from HR on Feb 15th that said: "we will do our best to keep you informed about the status of your request in the coming weeks." so I am taking that they are still figuring out the numbers and people. I am guessing it will be early March???
