- If you are NSI there will be no raise
- If you are NSI 3 out of 5 years you are gone pecan
- There is zero pressure on supervisors to fail people on PIP. Really. I mean it. No one follows up or checks. It is 100% up to the supervisor if you pass or fail. This is probably the most shocking part but it is 100% true I swear.
- It is ultra rare to recover from NSI but does happen. Usually if you are NSI you are honestly perceived as the person it would be easiest to lose from the team. Don’t interpret this as you are a bad worker as that is totally different.
5 if you are young and are NSI the best thing you can do is start looking for something better and try starting over at another company. More things to consider if you are older.
