I find it very interesting that even HiPos are reading this forum. Are HiPos as disillusioned with the company as us mere mortals? Any HiPos care to share?

Anyone, regardless of potential, is on the chopping block every year if they slack off. I read this forum for entertainment and see what the mass of employees think about the state of the company.
Is it that outlandish to think that HiPos are…human? With the same fears, worries, and second guessing of their career choices as anyone else?

HiPOs can drop from the top 10% to the bottom 10% in twelve months and be NSI'd.
HiPO's should read and post on this forum. Their careers depend on it.
