If your job can't be done from home, you're most likely safe. It's not a 100% guarantee, but chances are in your favor. But if your job can be done from home and you've been doing it like that for any stretch of time, then it's only a matter of time before you're gone. If something can be done from home, it can be done from overseas for much less money.

This is the stupidest illogical comment on here.. so what if they closed your regional office as cost saving measures then what?? Most markets don’t benefit from having offices open due to limited headcount and badge swipes. So they closed the office to save money.. stop adding fear on here and go find yourself a new job if in fact you work for Tmobile. You aren’t doing anyone any good on here
"good, fast, cheap, pick any 2"
T-Mobile: "None of the above, please."
As someone who's worked with offshore teams for many years, it's not that simple. The quality of the work is extremely hit-or-miss and communication can be a big struggle. Looking overseas also means you're competing against every other corporation in the world. Even if you find some reliable offshore talent, it doesn't mean you'll be able to keep them. Ever heard the saying, "good, fast, cheap, pick any 2"?
We proved during the pandemic that almost any job can be done remotely aside from brick and mortar roles. Your logic is flawed..
They really need to change the name of the company back to Sprint. The T-Mobile I knew and worked for for over 15 years, isn't this pile of dung.
The CEO is as hard left as they come, and is undoubtedly supportive of the double standards and lies we are all witnessing. Does that bother you? That's who you are working for.
Act like you are a trucker, and Tmobile is New York City.
Even Market engineers?
This doesn’t have to do with remote work. They are outsourcing any job that can be outsourced, this includes people who work onsite/in the field. If there is a vendor or third party company available to do the job they are outsourcing the jobs as we speak. They do not care about employees.
