There are a bunch of jobs that will open, problem is that it takes forever to get a req through HR. Data roles will continue to increase since there are so many data professionals dropping ship with the ridiculous 4x/week

Yes. Each area is only allowed a set number of employees. Only allowed to hire if someone leaves. The replacement position posted will be at a lower level to save money and reduce departments from being top heavy.
We need more people desperately and we keep getting turned down.
