I have an interview tomorrow for a new job. What’s the best answer to “why are you looking to leave your current job”. If they happen to ask? I don’t want to bash this place, but this sh&$t hole makes it so easy.

It’s perfectly reasonable to state Allstate is having a lot of changes and you want to avoid being laid off or transferred to a different position. Good luck!
OP here. Thank you to all that answered with real answers. I’ve been at this company for a while, not a lifetime like some. Long enough to see why people used to stay, and enough time to see all of the changes. I’ve never left a job voluntarily, only ever been laid off. so that’s why I asked.
Oh the irony. Some Allstate leadership acting as handler coming onto a layoff board calling others "losers". There are no bigger losers on this Earth than the brown nosing, untalented, low self esteem Allstate leadership team. You clowns have zero place calling anyone else losers. You pathetic sots kiss the as--s of some of the most vile, sociopaths in all of business.
If you are applying with a company in the industry (competitor) then they likely won't bother even asking. They know already. Allstate right now has a terrible perception and reputation right now in the industry. Actually some of them might not even want to hire those from Allstate based on how they see us collectively as broken and defeated based on the horrors we have had to endure.
I would say that you are looking to expand your professional horizons and personal development and skill set. Allstate has been experiencing a number of organizational transitions and you want to explore opportunities outside the company.
Under no circumstance should you bash Allstate. They may deserve it, but anything negative you say about a current or former employer will not be well received. Take the high road (hard as it may be).
Simply say due to the TG program many opportunities for advancement have been eliminated or moved offshore and you would like to grow in your career with a company that has opportunities no longer available with your current department.
There are very limited opportunities at Allstate for personal and professional growth.
After more than 4 yrs of "Transformative Growth" , strategic physiological abuse, surmounting ptsd. You and the company have grown apart to the direction of your employment future and Longevity.
If you honestly need the answer to this, you shouldn't get any job.
But this is just another to post to make sure your agenda of continually posting how bad the company is continuing.
