Brightspeed please stop working with Excell Communications because they are going down like you are

This company is nothing but the same persons from CenturyLink > Level 3 > Lumen > Brightspeed.
Full of churn which removes innovative employees and you have the same persons doing the same thing for 20 years whether it is better or not.
Those persons get to sit while anyone else gets to go.
If the investors really want to get some progress kick out all the previous management and you may have a chance. If not you will own a toxic and failing company.
Which customers should run. The only goal is to use gov funding to upgrade the network and then turn it into investors pockets. It is all one big scam.
Brightspeed I hope you read this. Excell communications layed off most of their employees, so they won't be able to keep up with the fiber projects. They can't pay their vendors telecon and colliers. Those contracting groups are refusing to do any more work til they are paid. Just a friendly heads up because brightspeed have been a pleasure to work with. Hopefully you picked up on the sarcasm. You guys su-k and every thing you touch su-k
Brightspeed is doing a horrible job with the fiber project. The have a new manager michael bell and a project manager Trish whatever her last name is. They don't know what they are doing. They hired all these contractors to do the work of surveying, running and testing the fiber. This one company in particular called excell communications ran by Fabio Faria and Antonio Antunes have no background in fiber or hfc but was hired to do this job for them. That shows you how desperate Brightspeed was to complete this project for the stockholders. Now Excell layed off all these employees and can't keep up with the work. Excell also hired other contractors in the areas in Virginia and the rest of Brightspeeds footprint to do the work for them. Again they have less than 20 employees with no field guys to do the work. Excell were caught by the DOT a bunch of times working without permits. Brightspeed knew this and still push for prems. Neither company care about their customers and especially their employees. A reliable source told me once the fiber project is done Brightspeed will layoff more employees. Thats a inside scoop from Brightspeed .management
Is verizon going to buy brightspeed ?
Brightspeed management SX. From SRO to VP to CEO. Ate up with DEI bigotry.
Gives bonuses to workgroups mainly filled by women, but not the positions mostly held by men, except management & white collar folks.
Are you a tech? Do you bust your tail to meet commitments? Work in heat, cold?
Yea you don’t deserve cr-p.
Such a bad company to work for thinking of a dream move, but soon regretted the move especially since getting canned; I mean laid off. Came out to be worse than Lumen - Centurylink where we were getting our own employees part of our teams training people overseas where there plan was really to shift our jobs overseas. Their quality is down the pipe and worse is yet to a come if you lot don’t change your business practices. Misleading US employees and yet higher ups living a good life making the books look good will eventually backfire.
I was laid off and still has not received our severance pay. How long will this take. We cannot complete COBRA of our health insurance without it. Getting upset that I will lose my insurance without it!
Well the rumors are true. Brightspeed laid off every stateside customer service representative early May. You might get someone in the US if you want new service. If you need help with billing or repaid? Those calls go straight to the Philippines or Guatemala.
I thought being moved to Brightspeed was the best thing of my life hoping to put about 50 to 60 hrs a week. They are getting very cheap now and not giving extra hrs making them only available to lower level agents who are already getting underpaid. Very cheap company and no improvement in systems and same old ways of dispatches going out for up to a month. Making decisions that don’t make financial sense and these dudes are giving me a financial headache. I need the money to pay my bills but hope to find a way out.
brightspeed face plants seem to be the norm... never thought you could spin off a segment and then do this bad but they are doing it ...
Brightspeed in Wisconsin took several reject managers out of Lumen Minnesota ( in love with L2S) with the thought process that is how your run successful company. After 2 years Wisconsin is a mess fiber build plans are just barely off the ground, most of the grant money has already been taken by other providers. And now they are faced with a shrinking customer base that is already fed with fiber. Most areas have very little to do, layoffs are inevitable. It will be quite interesting to see what Apollo does with these assets in a couple of years , not looking good!
Brightspeed has inexperienced people in management positions who are taking risks with the customer base in the name of being cheap. Not a smart move.
An understatement.
Lumen and Brightspeed
D-mb and D-mber
Bright Speed isn't so bright after all?
What email did Brightspeed send out Friday?
What was the main subject?
Heard about another BS layoff last qtr, the silent kind of course (just like Lumen does).
BS decided to redo all of the systems and from the sound of it, none of them work yet.
And they picked a billing system pkg which has never been used for telco. So smart.
Abd have they exited Lumen systems yet? Nope.
Reverse the name and you get the truth: dark and slow
And put a target on my back? Already said to much
Care to elaborate?
