Maybe, just maybe we should give ML the benefit of the doubt. What if she just wants to push hard for success, and it's a culture shock for some?
Maybe the rumors of her claiming she's replacing Alan are exaggerated? Just a thought to consider...

What the He -!! ??!!

In what universe would a Frequent Severance Flier DEI hire believe they could arrive and create a coupe to become top 🐶? This is the PERFECT example as to why emotional intelligence psychological assessments need to be conducted prior to giving anyone a seat on ANY board because the ignorant immediately become dangerously arrogant!

If we were accessing her to be an effect CRO, yet just like personal Brand she immediately declared she was "above" her station and focused on going above. She's not qualified to be CEO. Not even close.
If she remained CRO...as in sales leader with an inflated title. Maybe. But she is not qualified to be CEO. Period. No debate.

Not defending ML by any means - educational pedigree is becoming less and less relevant. Her lifeline is that she’s also on the board. I also don’t understand why we hire folks with little operational experience into sales roles but JC had plenty of it and still tanked us. I don’t know much about her history but I would love to know how she impacted sales and customer experience in the past. Spare me the steamy gossip, cold hard numbers plz.

She has never spent time in an operational role.
We all know what happens when just a sales person takes control of divisions or companies. They don't have the depth, the acumen, the knowledge or the training to be a CEO or any real C role.
We all also know CROs are not "Chiefs". They are just riding the wave of the trend to call your sales leader a chief because customers hate seeing sales in their titles. Case closed.

ML will NEVER take over.
She is KNOWN in industry for precisely what she is.
✓ She doesn't have academic pedigree.
✓ She has a terrible reputation
✓ She burned any bridge opportunity she had when she arrived and sent her bullies declaring to all that she is taking over
____> She has no lifeline.
