How can Windstream have so many job openings when they are trying to reduce headcount if anything. Seems like the company has not been run well for a very long time. Most of their services are other companies tech....do they own any of their own IP they can be sold or licensed?

I’m pretty sure the Software Powerhouse has created millions of dollars in valuable IP. With all the hype it was given, it must have been a tremendous success, right?
