Resigned rumors?
Anyone else heard anything?

When is he leaving? I thought it was March 8th. I hope hi direct reports go with him.
I heard the same. One of the higher ups said it was because there was no more growth for him and he decided it was time for him to leave.
I love my boss so I hope she isn’t laid off.
Just got an invitation from our new COO Susan Smith for a 30 minute town hall meeting on Thursday…pretty sure they’re about to announce Chong’s departure.
Yep. I heard the same.
In meetings if the report showed the outcome Chong considered it true. Never understood the potential gaps and holes in data.
And I agree with others. Take his cronies with him. Main, Bean, and Vanu would be a good start.

Spot on!!!
I want to name names SO bad!
Good riddance, he was a total jerk! I hope Blake M. and his gang of arrogant former Kaiser Permanente cronies are next! Their idea of progress was outsourcing and RIF's while they created director level and above leadership roles for their unqualified buddies. I've never seen an ops organization so top heavy there are more staff VP's than actual staff..
Good to know someone up top left. Good riddance!
When they hired him, he basically told us to get on board with any and everything he was doing or go find yourself another job. What a charmer.....
Didn’t they just send a leadership message with his name on it?
Chong's team was hit pretty heavy with the October lay-off. I agree with what someone said below.
I can name at least three Directors and Managers under him who really need to go.
His job is already posted.
Yes, we were told the same. There wasn't clarity or information on when.
R. Chong?
Well, hopefully they scrap every Senior Director and Manager under him. Throw the whole team away and start over!
who's chong?
I heard the same thing earlier this week.
