How is Cigna getting around having to send info to the govt regarding future layoffs via the WARN act? When I look up WARN act layoffs here:

I don't see any mention of Cigna.

No attorney but just about everyone is saying you get a month of pay with no work access and then you are laid off. Along with Cigna spreading out lay offs across the country vs 50 or more employees in one site.
