No raise for 5+ years and you stay , it’s your own fault! If you can find a better job with better pay , benefits and they give yearly increases then do so otherwise you are where you belong !

What about GIS?
stop already it’s like a broken record. If you find another job that pays better than do it if you can’t and you deserve the pay, you’re already getting your job that you’re paid for and shut the duck up already.
Nothing is in the FY25 planning. They have to loot the bank to pay anything.
GBS are getting raises from April. They announced it today.
I’ll believe it when I see it!! But for now that’s the message.
