Can you ensure you complete your appraisals.

We want to string you along as every year, so the appraisals are very important TO US. The real reason is enables us in Management and VP level to get our bonuses.

An email will be sent out and regular chasers as its very important that we in Management get our raises.

Stop complaining of no merit increases for years. if you could find another job for more salary and better benefits than do it. If you can’t accept your situation and shut the duck up.

Our appraisals are done. We won big on cash flow and eps. See you guys in Q3 fy25. Till then I am busy with the car and scuderi.
