Historically the official announcement comes, some internal processes happen, and dates are set within each country for discussions to happen. Managers are called to training sessions about 8 days or so before they need to talk to team members, and for many that will be the first they learn of the deed that must be done.

Last time out, US went first (about a month after the announcement), LATAM and Asia next, and Europe last. Local labor laws being the dictator. About a 4-5 month start to finish journey… for the company as a whole.
