Will the last real engineer in CX please close the door behind you when you leave? You clearly haven’t been valued and MM ki-led your culture, your value and your careers. Leave it to the hordes of SFDC folks to really bring that race track to life!

I'm not in CX / ONEx but there are some really really good folks there, it is unfair to put them all in the same basket.

What is not OK is CX management (MM and all most of the management). First line managers can't do anything with what they have. Race for high margins and outsourcing to low-cost places, junior folks, where you have most of the incompetency staying.

People may get assigned CX projects on a product or technology they know nothing or very little about. It's really not their fault. Most of them are really trying to cook it right.

What I'm saying is: don't be too hard with the CX working bees, shoot higher.

Cx a holding pen for incompetence. Spin them and MM out.
