As a corporate employee with a “meets expectations” rating, what are the chances we get our full bonus payout? I just hit the year mark about a month ago so I’m not sure how it works… but my offer letter has a bonus percentage that I’d love a check for 🤣

To directly answer the OP: A meets rating this year means you would likely get 75-100% of your bonus. In your case it may be pro-rated based on start date.
If you get closer to 100% of that pro-rated amount, that could mean you were a high meets, or someone on your team was fired/left for a new role right around when bonus pools were calculated and your group has a little extra cash.
As a first year, I would not expect 100% just because you’re still proving yourself and learning the role.

Can you expand? Why do you say that?
What Senior Manager doesn't have employees reporting to them? Just as Directors+ with only 1-2 employees reporting to them are, you are top heavy. Hence the resume comment. They will absolutely look to trim the fat, and a People Leader role that doesn't actually lead people is prime for cutting.

A Senior Manager should have direct reports, and should have already gone through the process of allocating merit/bonus for their team. You should know what the pool is funded at. If you have no direct reports, as a Senior Manager, I'd update your resume.
Not sure what department you all work in, but we are having our bonus and raise meetings starting this week.
You’ll get between 80-100 percent depending on what part of the spectrum of meets expectations you were.
Depends on your Job Grade. As stated below, anything below Grade M will not get one.
M or better:
- Individual performance
- Company performance
- Organizational performance
- Manager discretion
will all play factors
In other words, the workers get zero and the uppers get bonuses off our back , lucky us. Smh, as I can barely pay my bills or afford food. No fun for me,,, work, sleep, repeat.
I’m a senior manager… not sure how that shakes out.
If your position is below an "M," that letter is null and void this year.
There is no KCA bonus for anyone below manager this year.
