Whoever has a fire is obviously not working at EMHC and if in Permian must be a manager to not share an office.
OP people here have told the Pioneer guys over and over again that Exxon is NOT a good place to work. PERIOD. We've been telling you to look for other jobs. PERIOD. We've told you that you'll be screvved. PERIOD. And that all of you will be NSIed (=laid off for no fault of your own) upon arrival. PERIOD. I just don't know how else to say this so it gets into your thick skulls: LOOK FOR ANOTHER JOB RIGHT NOW. DON'T, I REPEAT, DON'T COME HERE GUYS. YOUR LIVES WILL BE MISERABLE. I just hope that now you get it.

Simple equation - most out for the least in. If you're not closing your door to play on your phone or bringing in your own tablet to do your own trades while you move the work mouse every so often to not go idle, you're doing something wrong.
If you want a piece of the pie, buy shares. It's your own fault for investing your money in Bitcoin and index funds and bonds and food and medical copays or whatever.
