Hey everybody. Don't fear layoffs. Consider it part of your job. Like 3% of you time spent to always be ready to look for a new job. Resume, skills, savings. Layoffs are part of the industry. Did you know there are even websites specifically built to discuss layoffs? The company you work for is always looking to save money. It's not personal. The good news is you live in a country with historically low unemployment. If you get the axe, waste no time getting out there and getting back on your horse. Good luck, you all are worth it.
