Scorecard

Whose idea was this scorecard nonsense?

Fulfillment rates dropping like crazy because of the useless systems we are forced to deal with.

Just admit you don't want to pay bonuses.

Some are always over on payroll especially during rush. So, we will never see a bonus. I have kind of accepted that.
Even with the good surveys we will never get a 4.0 or higher.
And I was originally told that if we scored a 3.0 or above you got bonuses. So, what changed there?

We are scored on payroll hours.
We are told to cut hours where possible but if you do, your score will be affected.
Damned if you do, damned if you don't.

WTF?!?

We are scored on customers' survey responses...home office should be scored on the survey responses of how they support field staff.

We are scored of fill rates...home office is scored on the rate they provide functional systems. Looking at our website was so pathetic when we had that 30% sale that they could not turn off. Budgets adjusted to reflect that large sale...do not think so. Cr-p shoot if online order systems will be functioning...any day but especially during rush.
