@2pjhh Sanjay Jha was CEO of Motorola Mobility at the time of the company's split and firesale. He was also on the shortlist for Intel CEO when BK was hired. I agree the Intel board has been mulling this same Motorola strategy for several years now. Jha ended up being the highest paid CEO in America the year Motorola went through this. Didn't turn out as well for the rank and file. Would not be surprised to see similar story at Intel within the next few months.

Intel is like Motorola in 2010. Wait it gets sold multiple times just for the patents

Great share. My first gut reaction is what did she accomplished in DCAI. Second, will she last 1 yr as CEO. She lacks inspiration, technical acumen, and charm. Oh well good luck Sandra. You can see here that we’re all rooting for ya!

Generous offer considering that DCAI lost all hyperscaler customers, lost 30% Xeon market share, destroyed PSG's competitive edge and failed a bunch of AI acquisitions.

DCAI … losing to AMD for half a decade and counting.

No accountability.

It’s the Intel way.

No one with a track record like this is in a position to make any demands. She should be told to fu-k off.

It’s crazy that we get her demanding 4 days rto when we already had a much better leader in place

Well, Intel management is obviously living in its monopolistic past. It's a more or less established fact that in Pat's head it's still 1999.

Dilbert works in a monopolistic non competitive environment.

This is the Dilbert principle in action, PSG is just a vehicle for achieving the objective.

Lol cashing in bonuses while making you come back into the office 4days a week. What did she even accomplish in DCAI to earn this much?

Executive level, the only role where you can get handsomely rewarded for consistently failing at your job.

Makes you wonder if the executive level managers really think that Intel can recover or if they are just loading up their golden parachutes to take what is left from the company. She was granted so much stock that even if the price were to fall to $15 a share she would still bring in more than her base and annual bonus combined. Her performance as a leader has been abysmal by most measures. I would say that this is shameful but shame isn't something that most people feel any more. It is now everyone for themselves so grab as much as you can... It isn't just Intel that is on a decline it is society in general. This is now acceptable behavior.

No wonder Intel is a sinking ship when they keep on promoting these clowns instead of retaining/attracting talent
