So apart from the GTM selling orgs, every other function will be global. Can Xerox be really global when the mindset from the US is so insular? Can anyone really see a box sales bloke from an XBS core respecting and aligning to a sales operation process set-up by a female based in Spain?

what of the departments and processes existing in US or locally? will they be eliminated or retrained how to align with global process?
