Don't waste your breath. When November comes and goes and the election returns our true president to office, unions will become a thing of the past. Including auto workers and police officers. All unions are bad and will end up corrupt. If you want better pay or more job security, then learn a skill that pays more and make yourself indispensable.

Not a fan of unions. At all. But if something is not done while we still have a critical mass of people in the US who know how to engineer a vehicle, it will be too late.

A union could help keep jobs here instead of in China, Mexico, Brazil, Turkey, .

These low cost engineering centers are filled with people who want us to do their jobs and make their decisions for them.

OP, you have no idea what you are wishing for. Things would get worse and the company would become less productive. We would get caught in the spiders web of union rules and grievances. I've seen it happen in person. Unionizing might sound like a good idea, but it has its own pile of dung that smells worse than what we have now.

Just for fun, I'd love to see Farley's reaction about a potential salaried union. Just for fun.

Ford Body CAD is part under all other CAD and has non union managers. We are under same rules for RTO as other salaried people. Would that change if all CAD was unionized? Maybe, maybe not if we negotiate that into a contract.

I know OP is a troll. Read the tone of this space, people don't want to work in the office. Unionizing would drive right to an agreement that require full time in office.

Ask someone in Ford Body CAD, since they are already represented by the UAW.

Just call UAW yourself.

Also, a possible strategy is make sure the company is aware, then sue them as a pre-caution.

I inflict highest damages to my employers and I hope you can do the same. Just burn the house down
