if any firings it’s low performers of skills are not in demand anymore. still hiring for in demand skills.

Truthfully, I thought Devop specific hires had stopped years ago when we went Agike/Scrum and squads now do their own devops (T-shaped members) using self-service and Terracore. Or were you hired to work on ALM functionality or Terracore templates?
They are feeling insecure and creating problems for a new hire. Be careful, new hire, they are targeting you and your leadership is smart or stupid enough to be fooled.
Very few layoffs. Fidelity has been hiring aggressively lately. Don’t listen to people on here Fidelity is a great company and great place to have a career.
