DOJ waiver for HCSC MA purchase?

Anyone know if it was granted or if it's still a contingency to close the sale?

I am sorry to say that I have no idea about the current status of the DOJ waiver related to the MA sale. However, I do want to take this opportunity to share the one thing I learned from reading the many comments here on thelayoff.com. Case Management in Medicare is important and very concerned about how anything and everything affects them. I fully acknowledge case management and hope I have their blessings.

That Said, I suspect that Cigna was required to announce their intent to sell MA to HCSC as a prerequisite to the DOJ waiver so it may be several months before anything happens. Even if the waiver is granted, I doubt we or the public will know about it. The waiver is among one of many other legal hurdles that both Cigna and HCSC will need to overcome.
