Anyone know if it was granted or if it's still a contingency to close the sale?

I am sorry to say that I have no idea about the current status of the DOJ waiver related to the MA sale. However, I do want to take this opportunity to share the one thing I learned from reading the many comments here on thelayoff.com. Case Management in Medicare is important and very concerned about how anything and everything affects them. I fully acknowledge case management and hope I have their blessings.
That Said, I suspect that Cigna was required to announce their intent to sell MA to HCSC as a prerequisite to the DOJ waiver so it may be several months before anything happens. Even if the waiver is granted, I doubt we or the public will know about it. The waiver is among one of many other legal hurdles that both Cigna and HCSC will need to overcome.
How will this impact case managers?
