Why do Sam's Club managers act so unprofessional and rude all the time!? You work hard, try to give 100% daily and they always treat you so lowly. Always an attitude, but they hate it when you stand up to them and talk back. We had a girl in our HMS that had a mental crisis, tried to take her own life and was hospitalized for a week. The club manager, when she returned, "I hope you enjoyed your vacation!" How heartless can you be?
I'm sorry, you're renting my time from me...and you're a manager at a grocery store...not leading a country or doing something actually important. Have problem associates? Change yourself, managers, and see how things turn around!
