I know of 3 that have resigned and several more to follow soon. I think things will start to get pretty ugly.
I know of one person who resigned / gave their two weeks' notice, after bonus. Hiring company added a sign-on bonus to cover the severance they will not get, at this time as the Aquisition is still pending.
Your dad resigned when he went to get milk and cigs.
