Betting that Wayne's bonus will be higher than any of us expected - or deserved. With that bonus, he's going to get a new Maserati to replace his old 2023 model because two of the tires had too many pebbles in the treads.

Your bonus? You should be able to upgrade to Fancy Feast as your food source. The Farmer's Dog is still a bit out of reach.

I got my 2023 bonus already--relieved of the daily insanity with 60 days paid to find a better job (which took about three weeks) and then a year of salary paid as severance...thank you, USAA!

If your bonus strategy is hopng for what you think you deserve then... good luck to you.

Wayne doesn't hope for what he thinks he deserves. He games the metrics so that even when he loses a billion dollars he gets the moon. Hope is for su-kers. Down here in Normieland, I expect the pool will be about average. Maybe a smidgen higher than last year, but not enough difference that employees will notice on an individual level.

Now Happy Hunger Games, and may the odds be ever in your favor!

Jackhole Wayne will sc--w P&C over again like last year. All your hard work, OT, missing family events - all for NOTHING but Wayne's pocket. Randy was your hire...he's responsible for P&C performance, make him your sacrificial pig, not the employees.
