For all of the naysayers that believe their will be no more layoffs, I say, pull your head out of your a-s! There WILL be cuts, and that is a given because Ulf specifically said that we need more OPEX reduction. What is the easiest way to reduce OPEX you may ask? It's personnel. Reduce headcount; reduce OPEX!
Again, you ask, when will this happen? Following the Bonus and Compensation review, which was accelerated this year for no apparent reason. On top of that, the money allocated this year has been reduced about 7% and managers are only allowed to use a certain percentage of their budgeted dollars under the premise that those additional monies will be used to promote people who are deserving. Yet, there is no evidence that will happen, and managers are being told that it might not be people within their own organization. Hmmm. Sounds like a bunch of bullsh-t to me.
But yet, we still have the drones on this forum spewing their love for a company that doesn't give a sh-t about them or their financial state. This is all about the senior leadership team with their golden parachutes, and the so-called investors, many of which are part of that team. Wake up slaves, this is reality calling!
