Ok guys watch those deposits closely. Make SURE you get on the mail list for your check stubs. I wasn't getting them had to call and get the ones I missed by not having them mailed, I asked to have them emailed to me. Then it stopped from there going forward I had to call again and request them to be mailed. So as they deposited money ( higher
than my normal
pay, paying me out on PTo etc.. ) still no stub. On payday last week they deposited another check, higher than usual still no stub. Thought they were finalizing all funds
Three days later they reversed the entire check from my account. Do to overpaying on my PTO. I am in PST time zone so if I don't call early enough I miss the window. Then I got busy fixing it on my end because I needed funds quickly. I call today and ask what's happening I didn't even get my base pay, she saw the deduction, but no adjustments to fix it.. well now they're fixing it and I'm making them pay me back the funds I had to transfer out of my Roth rollover which I'm not happy about at all. So stay diligent. This company...

@@5qic+1qxYU6kP wow 25 weeks for fourteen years, typically it's 1 week for every year not to exceeds 26. How do we end up with the same amount if I've been here 40 . Seems odd , but good for you wish you the best .
The SUB pay is based on the amount of time you were with the company. 26 weeks is max they will pay out. I have been with the company 14 years and will get 24.98 weeks of pay and insurance. I am happy to be leaving!!!
it depends on the state how long Anthem will pay you and even then it's wishy washy, initially it was 30 days before severance began, but because some in CA got extended based on the WARN ACT after the 9/20 lay off, but not all in CA did...I don't know understand the difference and it depends on your manager, some had to work until their end date and some were let go and access revoked after transition was complete...as per usual not everything is clear
now severance is 4 weeks off the top and 1.5 weeks for every year you were employed with a max of 26 weeks....from the people I've spoken with that seems to be consistent
This statement is INCORRECT: "In addition, if you get another job before your severance expires, you still get the full amount."
In fact, if you get another job before severance ends, you only get HALF the remaining balance. It's just another way Evilance can sc--w you...so, of course, they do it.
Regarding the RIFF rules, it is said if you are at a certain age or level in the company that you get the full amount rather than an amount that unemployment insurance does not pay.
In addition, if you get another job before your severance expires, you still get the full amount.
How long will anthem to pay you after the layoff?
