Management stated last year, “ we can’t not deliver MIP bonuses this year”. Any Bets on this???
would've been way more chatter if layoffs were happening. all smoke, no fire.

only 2 in ES? this must be a warm up. Lots of restructure going on, wheels are in motion
2 people being let go at a come with thousands of employees would not be considered a layoff.
Although I feel sorry for the two people that were supposedly laid off at ES, it's not a big deal in the world of Mattel layoffs. Big layoffs are usually swift and completed quickly.

Hate to see good people go, but there's still plenty of overpaid dead weight that should be gone. Time to stop protecting these useless sods and do what's best for the company and employee moral.

Oh, they doing it earlier this year? What happened to the scheduled one that happens before end of first quarter and before the end of a pay period? Next week is beginning of pay period and holiday week. I doubt it
