Found this on linkedin, looks like some layoffs were still happening between the last known round in november and the supposed Jan 18 and feb 28 dates.

He was a contractor. They can be laid off at anytime. The layoff dates are reserved for FT Cigna employees.
based off his linkedin, it looks like he was a contractor prior to joining Cigna. Cigna, he was full time because in his resume he states his contract company and the client in his prior job.
I looked him up on global directory. He was a contractor.

this lines up with the tech reorg for 1/18, I wonder if they're finished laying off tech then and reorg just takes effect on the 18th?
