Can you imagine what kind of person would go through the interview process, meet with Tom and other members of the leadership team, and say to themselves "I want to be part of that dynamic, visionary, and inspiring team!"

Amazed at the apathetic response to the hiring of an EVP for the largest employee group in the Company. It speaks to the level of exhaustion and defeat within Claims and the Company.
Classic, hire someone who will just take orders, not have any original thoughts, then send that person packing as a scapegoat - sounds about right

Nothing will change. Full speed ahead to the lowest labor he can find. We don’t need another multi million dollar salary on the books but he’s good for a few Mario belly laughs and that’s worth everything.
Why is Allstate so obsessed with hiring Liberty Mutual staff?
As long as he supports the camels and elephants taking our workers to the jobs it’s all good Indian exceptionalism is where it’s at.
