Have you all come to the fact that it will not get better anytime soon? Our systems fail often, the Help Desk doesn’t seem to want to help anyone and will tell you whatever just to get you off of the phone. They can be really rude! So outsourcing makes me very nervous when things aren’t working now. Let’s not even talk about GainHELL and Legacy Hotmessers (HMS) collaborating on anything…. What a joke and waste of time just like the fake Townhalls with the FAKE NEWS!

To the person that has 27 years and expecting a severance paycheck, I hate to burst your bubble, but severance has been capped for everyone at 12 weeks. So, if you think your 27 years mean anything, that is, if you think it means a fat severance paycheck... you are in for a rude awakening.
Severance is calculated at 1 week per full year worked, capped at 12 weeks. that's it. don't expect any extra money. 3 months salary evaporate pretty quickly.
In response to "Bends Over For..." and the person thinking of changing their name...Come on, seriously, there is no need for all of this. Gainwell is becoming LoseWell. All of this type of corporate labor arbitrage cr-p and offshoring to India has been tried before and resembles a "Hail Mary Pass." LoseWell doesn't offer stock to the entire employee base so move on an find better employment. Don't compromise yourself. Whatever time is left on your LoseWell time card, do the best you can while you are here but there are much better places to work with way more upside. Have faith in yourself and get out there a find a new place to make things happen. The family money that was wasted putting this cast of Veritas people through their Ivy league education was wasted. Sorry Grandma, Grandpa, and parents, your Veritas kid is a complete id--t no matter what the SAT scores and Ivy diploma says. LMAO. Too much party time, not enough common sense.

Cuts are getting into the marrow now. Successful sales reps, engineer resources, delivery resources are all being laid off. There is no focus on growth or the client. The idea is we will cut ourselves to growth??!! That strategy has never worked. This ship is going down faster than the Titanic!!
