Good luck to LnW since global quality AoD replacement (Dr Bo says Navin is my friend, I respect him) hired the AoD years back at Aristocrat. What a great judge of character Dr. Clean up his mess and stop bragging about your homes and cars that were funded by taxpayers dollars or while you sat out on the sidelines while we worked.

SVP of Quailty is an a$$hole. Strategic Talent Planning and India Operations on Linkedin. That says it all. Talent planning - F - bringing non-gaming leaders who need months of training from subordinates but India Operations is accurate and the goal, cheap India talent but not without chaos and disorder.

Now it is Aristocrat Rich's turn to "give you an offer you can'f refuse". Arthur (GD Aus VP) is given the opportunity to spend time with family and persue other opportunities.
Difficulty is these new leaders CEO all the way down are grossly inexperienced, narrow minded to a fault and focused on cutting costs their wayAristocrat without truely understanding the impacts of their decisions.
If not for their Aristocrat connections, they would not be in same level at comparable companies.
Not surprising employee survey results indicate no trust in new executive leadership or competency to improve areas they dismantled.
Honesty goes a long way So remember that when the new Aristocrat leadership pushes out VPs and S. VP of Game Developmet of 20 to 25 years of experience saying the departed are looking for other opportunities or spending time with their family. The new incompetent Leadership from Aristocrat should just say we're looking to replace competent patent leadership for former Aristocrat leaders.
Navin is the Aristocrat plant to fire and fu@k SQA leadership and move positions to his homeland India for company funded family vacations. Sounds like his BS failed at Aristocrat but he will be gone soon like Rich shortly.

Of course Navin wants to ship positions to India, his homeland to enjoy family vacations abroad. Why can't we also ship Navin and Victor's positions there? That will save $300-400k a year!
