Whether you are happy with Corning not, we all have friends who work here and want to keep working here. We probably shouldn't use this forum to comment on specific business technologies that we think are good/bad. Let's stick to bashing management and hope that can be changed.

Maybe with that 26 million dollar cottage that was just built on Keuka lake, by a Corning exec. He will be able to employ a person or 2 for keeping the place clean

Who's commenting on intellectual property? Unless by intellectual property you mean "layoff strategy". In that case someone should remind you that discussing work conditions with peers is not only legally allowed, but also considered NLRA protected speech.
