Sounds like Realist knows the truth… one has to wonder where the protection comes from? Do you ever wonder why the survey data changes to fit her narrative… sounds like someone who has this philosophy do as I say not as I do.

So, there have been a few HR people leave. Not sure how many got laid off, but there are still people working for her since she has been here. They stay, so it can’t be that bad.
Hmmmm, seems to have the inside take on the CZarina. For the individual who is suppose to drive the culture she has knack for missing the mark on anything she attempts to implement and setting morale back every time she speaks, talk about a tone deaf executive leader…. Can you say narcissistic.

Is it true that a lot of “high potential” people have left the company? I’ve heard that has happened in many parts of the company.

Spoken like someone who has never had the misfortune of working with her. Only leader around allowed 13 directors for an org of 80. Completed 4-5 seismic reorgs and has never once been held accountable for the results. Training has suffered, recruiting has suffered, company morale is at an all time low, turnover at an all time high. Look at survey results and she even gets to choreograph the questions and the results are still awful. Sounds like a great reason to promote someone. She is not respected by her own people or peers but has absolute protection. Hmmmm.
Kudos to her! Good to see a successful woman in business at the top. I’m sure it wasn’t an easy, but she has certainly made strides.
