It happens slow so the average worker bee doesn’t notice or feel a thing. Just trust the process they say. They’ve done you right before why question them? Total loss worked out well for them right? Processors jobs abound right? Just collect your paycheck until your job tasks go down the river and around the world. All the plans from NAFTA and WTO from years ago are working well for the top dogs in Chicago. Thats what it’s about. It’s their company and their customers. It’s not your customers. Notice how they always say our customers. They mean it. You are a cog in their overpriced American wheel. There are no good customer service jobs to be had onshore. Get ready for the next dumpster fire.

To get these lying two faced leaders to tell the truth, keep asking “What job opportunities here in the USA does Allstate plan on growing”? You will get blank stares and the classic “I’ll find out and circle back with you”. Lying sl--e ba--s.
Is water wet? That is all Allstate knows. Exploiting cheap overseas serf labor so Tommy and the boys can pocket more themselves. All while sending us, the ones that broke our backs so they could be made filthy rich, right to the soup kitchens and unemployment lines.
Yeah, this has been happening for going on 4 years now and still a lot to happen.
